Résumé :	L'année 1987 marque une date importante dans l'existence de l'Office national des Forêts : une nouvelle organisation de ses structures se met en place. Il ne s'agit pas d'un éphiphénoméne, mais du premier signe d'une évolution profonde des méthodes de travail et des mentalités, qui doit conduire l'établissement public a s'adapter aux nouvelles exigences de sa mission et aux changements de l'environnement économique et social. The year 1987 marks an important period in the existence of the Office national des Forêts : a major reorganisation is taking place. This is not an epiphenomenon, but the first sign of a substantial change in working methods and attitudes, which should lead the authorities to adapt to the new demands of its mission and to the changes in economic and social conditions.
