Résumé :	"This publication contains the procedings of the Third Round Table which was convened in Warsaw and took place from 11 to 13 February 1993 within the framwork of the EAAP activites of its Task Force on animal production in Eastern Europe. This programme was established in April 1991 in Budapest and the Task Force was set up in September of the same year in Berlin. The objective of the Round Table was to review the livestock situation in Central and Eastern European countries, in particular in Poland ; to study in depth the problems related to the privatization of state farms in Poland and to disucss the changes which have taken place in the Polish livestock sector. Within the context of the evolution of the agricultural economy, changes continue to occur in the livestock sector.
