In adequate availability and quality, water is a vital resource for the society's welfare, the economic growth and the ecosystems survival. The recognition of human responsibility on the creation and aggravation on hydric problems has led to action by the civil society and public policies by the governments. Such policies are defined by legal guiding instruments governing the management under the responsibility of governmental agencies or councils constituted by the State, uses and civils society's representatives. The main objective of the thesis was to propose a methodological approach to analyse from expressed beliefs, the evolution and the current stage of water policies managements. [...] |
