Résumé :	Zimbabwe is home to some of the most remarkable wildlife ecosystems in the world. From elephants to lions, the emblematic megafauna of Africa can be found particularly where the country takes part in the Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KaZa TFCA). Yet such species of the natural world bear the burden of being hardly compatible to coexist with human populations. In truth, competition over space and natural resources triggers human-wildlife conflict (HWC). The objective of the study was to unveil the mapping of local stakeholders in Binga District to successfully implement and transfer a human-wildlife conflict mitigation and monitoring tool, the HWC-Platform. The objective of the study was to unveil the mapping of local stakeholders in Binga District to successfully implement and transfer a human-wildlife conflict mitigation and monitoring tool, the HWC-Platform. The sustainability of this process was extended to consider the impact of climate change on human-wildlife conflict, thus the implications for the platform. The results of the study conclude thatthe local stakeholders represent a solid ground for developing the device. However, there is still a gap in skills, competencies, personnel and financials to fill for the successful transfer of the tool in Binga District. Plus, climate change will impact the ecosystems in the area, thus affecting the governance of the HWC-Platform. To cope with these challenges, other stakeholders must then be considered at the national level.
