Résumé :	Honeybee foraging behaviour, which can be top-working or side-working, is linked to flower morphology. Specific studies have led to the creation of an illustrated reference framework, that can aide the observer when characterizing varieties, and observing foraging behavior. An innovative camera system has been set up to monitor a set of corymbs and to have a more precise idea of the number of visits by pollinating insects. Foraging activity of honeybees differs from one variety of tree to another and distinct groups were identified. Flower morphology appears to be an element that should be taken into account when setting up the pollination strategy.
