On the ground, rooftops and terraces, Cultures en ville aspires to the development of the entire service offer provided by urban agriculture and biodiversity in cities by creating and landscaping garden ecosystems. In the context of a business start-up and establishing its first urban farm at the end of 2019, Cultures en ville intends to create an application plan useful for its next rooftop farms. The application plan developed is the last step of the conception phase of the Suzanne Lenglen urban rooftop farm project, in a Parisculteurs 2 site. Firstly, I have identified all the approaches, standards and rules to be followed during this project phase. Then, I have created a Gantt chart in which I planned all the necessary steps of the project including administrative procedures, supports, partnerships, contracting, economic study, funding, planning and identity of the site. Secondly, the resultant chart enables to identify the necessary time for each of the steps of the Suzanne Lenglen farm project phase, and to use monitoring and results indicators in order to deliver a complete project phase according to deadline. This projected timetable is also a support to communicate, prioritise and anticipate risks that may appear during the project phase. Lastly, I have underlined several reflections to build on to improve the implementation plan presented, to expand it by complementing with the other phases of a project and to adapt it to other urban rooftop farms of Cultures en ville.
Au sol, sur les toits et les terrasses, Cultures en ville vise à l’essor de l’ensemble des services apportés par l’agriculture urbaine et la biodiversité en ville en créant et en aménageant des écosystèmes potagers. Dans un contexte de développement de l’entreprise et d’installation de sa première ferme urbaine fin 2019, Cultures en ville souhaite créer un plan d’application utile à toutes ses prochaines exploitations productives aménagées en toiture- terrasse. Le plan d’application présenté correspond à la dernière étape de la phase conception, le projet, de la ferme en toiture de Suzanne Lenglen, site des Parisculteurs 2. Dans un premier temps, toutes les démarches, normes et réglementations à effectuer et respecter lors de l’étape projet ont été identifiées. Ensuite, ces démarches administratives, d’accompagnement, de partenariat, de contractualisation, d’étude économique, de financement, d’aménagement et d’identité du lieu ont été planifiées les unes par rapport aux autres à l’aide d’un diagramme de Gantt. Dans un deuxième temps, le diagramme obtenu permet d’une part de connaitre le temps nécessaire à l’étape projet de la ferme de Suzanne Lenglen et d’autre part d’appliquer des indicateurs de suivi et de réussite afin de mener cette étape de manière complète et dans les temps. Le planning est aussi un support pour communiquer, hiérarchiser et anticiper les risques pouvant apparaître lors de l’étape projet. Enfin, différentes pistes de réflexion sont mises en avant afin d’améliorer le plan d’application présenté, de l’enrichir en le complétant par les autres phases du déroulé d’un projet et de l’adapter à d’autres fermes urbaines en toiture de Cultures en ville.
