Résumé : |
This book examines the pratical tools and methods available to implement the co-existence and traceability of GM and non-GM food materials along the entire food and feed chains, as demanded by consumers and by legislation in force in the EU and elsewhere. The book contains the proceedings and pratical outcomes of the European Union-funded project, "Co-Extra", and brings together a host of expert contributors. As with previous European research programmes, influenced the European legislative framework and current negotiations on practical implementations.
