Résumé :	An environmentally controlled assimilation chamber suitable for use with small whole-plants or whole-branches of larger plants is described. In this chamber the natural configuration of the leaves and branches on the sample plant may be maintained. Chamber size may be varied to accomodate sample size and configuration. In the field, chamber temperature, radiation and relative humidity may be maintained below, at or above prevailing atmospheric conditions. The chamber is aslo suitablke for use in the laboratory.
