Résumé : |
Outline of the results of the joint research for enhancing remote sensing technology with Asean countries for forestry research which has been conducted cooperatively by the Forestry Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) and the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute of Japan (FFPRI) is presented. In this project, we studied on : 1) Characteristics of high resolution remote sensors. 2) Global forest environment "using" NOAA AVHRR. 3) Zoning technique for managing tropical forest Several kinds of satellite remote sensing date were collected to examine their characteristics in tropical forests. NOAA GAC data were gathered and surface temperature and evapotranspiration of the Peninsula Malaysia was estimated. GIS system combined with remote sensing data processing system was use[...] Outline of the results of the joint research for enhancing remote sensing technology with Asean countries for forestry research which has been conducted cooperatively by the Forestry Research Institute of Malaysia (FRIM) and the Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute of Japan (FFPRI) is presented.
