Résumé :	The global objective of this work is to contribute to a better understanding of the management of the ecosystems, so as to contribute to the efforts that are undertaken for improving the definition and implementation of environmental public policies, of the design of environmental management systems, and of other environmental actions, with particular emphasis on the issue of the water requirements of the wetlands of the Mediterranean region.
