A trial was carried out to study the effect of polybag size and number of perforations at the bottom on different seedling growth and quality parameters in case of Acacia nilotica seedlings raised on Mounted Angle (MAI) beds. Significances in seedling growth parameters viz., height, collar diameter, lenght of root, shoot biomass and secondry + tertiary root biomass and quality parameters viz. sturdiness, root/shoot ratio and number of nodules per seedling were observes among different treatment . The treatment 3 (Polybag size 23 x 11 cm with 4 perforations at bottom) performed the best in respect of seedling growth parameters with height 84,33 cm, collar diameter 0,57 cm, lenght of tap root 18,73 cm, shoot biomass 8,31 gm and root biomass 7.10 gm.
